Select Disk that you want to install macOS Sierra and click on Erase or Partition.
It will begin copying files for a few minutes and restart
Follow the tutorial except for the third boot when you boot to your hard drive for the first time. You want to go to Options - Configs and choose the config_injectATI and add your FakeID to Options - Graphics Injector.
Open Finder and Eject All the Flash Drive
Press Erase
Once your new partition is created it will show up on the left side under the drive you created it
With your freshly updated Clover and Kexts, now might be a good time to save your EFI folder so that, should something happen that isn't related to a mis-configuration with Clover or any Kexts and you need to restore from your backup drive, you can easily bring back all these updated files without having to manually re-install them.
